Founding organisers get white-glove listing creation as standard. You sign the Race Organiser Agreement online, connect your own Stripe account, and tell us about your race below. We build the listing, send you a proof, and it goes live the moment you approve it. Zero setup work, zero cost, and you keep 100% of your entry fee — our 6% platform fee sits on the runner’s side as a visible line.

What happens to what you send us

Pack Run Ltd (company number SC883554) is the controller of the personal data in your submission — your name and contact details. We use it to build your listing, send you your organiser agreement and listing proof, and manage your race on PACKRUN. Submissions are collected through a form hosted by Netlify, which stores them on its own infrastructure on our behalf. We keep submissions for as long as needed to create and manage your listing and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time — see our Privacy Notice for your rights, or email privacy@packrun.run.
